Maranatha Health was founded by Adelaide graduate Dr Michael Findlay and operates in Kabarole, Uganda. The organisation focuses on strengthening community health through paediatric care, education, and public health initiatives addressing the social determinants of health. Insight supports the project through ongoing fundraising and advocacy.

Insight began supporting the Cambodia World Family Project through The Amazing Raise, a student-led fundraising initiative that remains central to the organisation today. The project provides dental care to disadvantaged and institutionalised children in Cambodia, with students contributing through fundraising and awareness initiatives.
Kompiam Hospital 🇵🇬
Insight has a longstanding partnership with Kompiam Hospital in Papua New Guinea, a rural healthcare service supporting remote communities. The partnership has included student elective opportunities and continued fundraising support to help expand services and infrastructure in the region.
