Professional StandardsAll the clinical psychologists at Insight, are members of The Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and abide by the APS Ethical Code and Professional Standards. In addition, we are eligible for the Specialist Clinical Psychology Medicare Rebate we are required to annually meet the mandated professional development tasks that ensure all our practices are current and efficacious to be able to continue to offer this category of rebate to our patients. Our clinical psychologists are also registered with the Psychologist Registration Board of Queensland www.psychologyboard.qld.gov.au Finally, when dealing with person’s with a mental illness, Insight’s, clinical psychologists and other staff comply with the National Practice Standards for the Mental Health Workforce (2002). www.health.gov.au/nsdd/mental
